The objective was to create a real-time solution to detect the category of the emails and tag them accordingly. Working on framework/solution for email classification based on the email content using machine learning algorithms and NLP concepts. Integration and management of emails from multiple email providers to have a solution that is both scalable and reliable for real-time tracking.
The project involved the classification of customers in different behavioral segments, which can help clients to understand customer usage patterns and identify cross-sell, up-sell opportunities, and identify the gaps. Customer segmentation using K means cluster and factor analysis. Identified X different segments that helped businesses to propose the specific product for relevant users and manage the resource allocation (relationship managers/offers etc) effectively.
Created an online learning management platform to handle the end-to-end functionality of an Edu-Tech organization. Owned the product for end-to-end implementation of the learning management system for handling users, employees, web meetings, videos, and their integrations.
