Smoothly is a platform for collaboration and outsourcing of simple routine tasks to a fixed remote assistant. It helps clients and assistants to collaborate, communicate, create, manage, and report on tasks. I designed an MVP for a platform where clients and assistants can start their collaboration, communicate, create, manage, and report on tasks. As a solo designer, I was responsible for the following: brainstorming to refine the client’s initial idea, creating user personas based on the required roles, creating user flows for each role, designing low-fidelity wireframes and a clickable prototype for each role, creating the visual design for each role, and handoff.

The scope of the project was to design an administrative panel for enterprise customers of StructionSite.
