WowApp Messenger is an instant messaging application similar to Skype which offers users the possibility to chat, call, share files, secure private chat, and other features commonly offered by such apps. It is a revolutionary platform that allows users to earn as a result of their daily activities. Acted as Scrum Master for the team building the application, leading the development team towards meeting their goals. Managed to release features rapidly, proving to be a strong team member in delivering and team dynamics. The project was launched with a new redesign and had a good impact in countries such as Brazil, India, Bangladesh, Romania, and more South American countries. Technologies used in the project: Java, Jenkins, GitHub.

MIjnTele2 is an app for Tele2 customers in NL to see details of their mobile subscriptions, pay their bills, manage their accounts, contact tele2 for any questions related to their product, and many other useful features for such an app. I led the development team towards meeting their goals and improving the quality of their app and thus improving their rating. Improved the quality of the features released and coached the PO to improve the collaboration with the stakeholders and listen more to the users’ feedback. The team received company recognition on the scalability and future-proof architecture of the app after an assessment performed by an external company. I enhanced team collaboration and morale, as well as our collaboration with external teams and rebuild trust between the management and the development team. Managed to improve the number of releases to production, thus also leading to an increase in user numbers. Technologies used in the project: React Native, React, CI/CD, Test Automation – Appium, GitHub, Postman, CircleCi.

The project was a core-product domain for Adidas, a checkout page for all brands and all markets supported by Adidas. Managed to transition vendors supplying all developers to Adidas, including onboarding/forming/coaching the newly formed teams. I facilitated workshops to increase Agile/Scrum knowledge among the team members, also aiding the collaboration for team members across multiple locations (Amsterdam -NL, Herzogenaurach – DE, Sofia – BG, Lviv – UA, Pune - IN) and multiple vendors. I reorganized 4 team's structures towards a more E2E approach. Kept a constant pace in delivering value to stakeholders every sprint, working with the other SMs in the department towards the Agile transformation. Coordinated and improved the way of working for Scrum teams consisting of developers, testers, architects, designers, BAs, POs. Managed to improve the Agile mindset with a focus on delivering valuable features rather than reports and numbers; coached the SM community in our department. Technologies used in the project: SFCC (Demandware), Node.js backend, Cucumber, JAVA, Javascript, React.
