NEWZ.ro is a web platform launched in 2000 and developed in-house for an online newspaper with daily email newsletters distributed to its subscribers (over 60.000 today) with specific content (politics economy, socials, glam, sport etc).
The project is using php, css, mysql, xml and more other scripting languages. The platform is powered by two servers in order to manage the traffic and the processes.
We are using OEM Pro for email distribution and we deliver around 200.000 email newsletters per day.
The website is a 300.000 EUR investment supported only with internal resources and internal programmers.
It was a very challanging project since the website is very dynamic and can be extended and /or adapted continously based on the main platform.
