Alma Flowers: Shopify eCommerce site (B2C/Retail)
  • Alma Flowers, originally a family-owned florist in the Moorhead-Fargo area, expanded into eCommerce and floral delivery.

  • A custom UX/UI Shopify site, specialized for flowers and plants was developed and launched within five weeks.

  • The newly introduced eCommerce shop quickly integrated into other business operations and started generating revenue promptly.

Bleiff: Platform and Portal MVP (fintech HR)
  • Bleiff is a fintech initiative aimed at increasing engagement in knowledge-intensive companies by making employees entrepreneurs and shareholders.

  • The migration process was painless, and the website showed a more than 30% improvement in revenue performance over previous solutions. The product is continually being optimized and new features are being added.

  • The responsibilities included program management, agile coaching, and product ownership. The product vision, immediate and future development plans were defined and communicated to all stakeholders. Family.hr: Retail Chain Standardization
  • Ensured all stores, as main data entry points, adhered to the same specifications during initial months at Intertekstil

  • Three embedded devices have been built on each location: entry, exit, and a payment terminal.

  • The terminals facilitate easy access and payment for customers through features like internet connectivity, touch screen, license plate recognition, camera feeds and customer care intercom link.

  • Quick Parking is an international parking provider with more than 20 locations worldwide.

  • The project involved developing a unique tool for better managing human and vehicular resources for every shift, day, and location.

  • The tool aims to create the ideal and most cost-effective scheduling.

Weerman: Business Management Platform
  • Weerman, one of the five largest flower companies at the Royal Flora Holland flower auction marketplace, commissioned a platform that integrates with Floral Holland's EasyFlor ERP API.
