Etihad Airways - New Website Front End
As a member of EPIC (E-commerce Partner Innovation Council), a group of senior digital professionals from Etihad Airways Group responsible for the overall group digital roadmap, I coordinated a team of UX specialists, graphic designers, and front end developers that performed the critical user journeys mapping, creation of user stories and use cases based on the mapped journeys, development of wireframes and interaction and usability testing.
Air Serbia - New Website
Led the planning, development, and rollout of the new airserbia.com award-winning responsive website, IBE (Internet Booking Engine), manage booking module, and online check-in module. The new platform won several rewards and was presented at a Google Airline Industry Summit in 2016 as an airline industry best case.
Air Serbia - Wi-Fly Portal
Led the coordination, execution, and delivery of a joint program between an inhouse frontend development team and Panasonic Avionics Corporation to create an onboard internet portal that
provides internet connectivity, access to an entertainment hub with rich media content and interactive games, and “buy on board” ordering functionality during flights from passenger’s personal devices.
Air Serbia - Affiliate Program
Sourcing, selection, negotiation of T&C and commercials, and launch of airserbia.com affiliate program in partnership with CJ (Commission Junction) network.
Air Serbia - Branded Fares
Successful implementation of Branded Fares; an innovative customer-centric portfolio of unbundled services that empower passengers to choose only the products and services they want to use and consume based on their needs, requirements, and preferences. This new service unlocked upsell, cross-sell, and new merchandising capabilities that led to better monetization of website traffic, higher average order value, and better profit margins.
Webcams.com Affiliate Program - Chameleon Blog Feeds
Led the conceptualization, development, and creation of an innovative promotional tool for bloggers called Chameleon or “morphing” feeds. Unlike other programs at the time that offered duplicate content that got bloggers penalized and sandboxed from Google, the Chameleon always generated unique content by using an algorithm connected to a database of synonyms that randomly replacing the minimum required content percentage to ensure content is always unique when an affiliate is generating blog feeds for his blogs and websites.
