UpStack has a simple billing model where each developer has a standard hourly rate averaging between $65-$75 per hour. Rates are based on skills, knowledge, and experience and our developers are available mainly for full-time engagement (40 hours per week) and the occasional part-time opportunity (20 hours per week).

Briefly, you’ll connect with an UpStack Success Manager to determine your immediate needs. Our team uses a combination of smart matching and personal assessment to select 1-3 profiles that match your job requirements. From there, you interview your preferred candidates and hire the developers who are a good fit.

Each new engagement starts with a 2 week trial period to ensure that your new hire is a perfect fit for your company. You only pay if you are happy at the end of the first two weeks of work.
