The Challenge
WaterBridge wanted to develop the most innovative forecasting tool in fifty years. To do so, they launched a startup dedicated to its development. As the next billion-dollar tool in this space, WaterBridge’s forecasting product began to attract interest from potential investors and other market players. Scaling a dedicated full-stack engineering team experienced with complex mathematical models and front-end UI quickly became paramount.

The Solution

Within days, WaterBridge selected a full-stack engineer from a pre-vetted list of skilled candidates. The engineer quickly began developing the backend architecture and testing mathematical models. A senior front-end engineer onboarded soon after as project benchmarks began to increase.
The MVP launched in a closed internal Beta receiving excellent feedback. WaterBridge decided to quickly scale the team and is currently working with UpStack to build their mobile app, scale the web application, and develop more features.
