Oracle Simphony software configuration: creation of properties, revenue centers, menu item maintenance, menu item class, print class, tender media, service charger, serving period, tax, discount, combo meal, sales itemizer, employee roles, order type, page design, etc.

Micros hardware installation, configuration, hardware repairs, maintenance and management (POS workstations, kitchen display system, printers and order device). User training and client support on software and hardware usage, bug/error troubleshooting and resolution of ticket/reported complains.
