Prioritizing leads was necessary because there were more than 300,000 prospects in the database and only 25 to 30 sales representatives in the organization. To determine the worth of the company and the likelihood that it will close, a straightforward machine learning approach was taken, which included features like size, location, seasonality, prior experience with the company, etc. A 35% improvement in sales productivity resulted from this.
I was this project's lead and sole developer.
The project involved using candidate profiles and curriculums to determine where and if the applicant fits the BairesDev (BD) culture and standards. This judgment was produced based on BD's forecast of standardized test outcomes. I was the primary DS on this project, which merged several NLP approaches (including embedding and TFIDF) with basic Machine Learning techniques. This project is still ongoing and is protected by BD intellectual property.
In order to assist in the search for lost pets in cities, the project comprises a PoC for evaluating and comparing pet photographs.
This research, which concentrated on the traits of dogs and cats, used picture embedding and comparison. Acted as a Sole developer on this project.
