Tommy is a multi-disciplinary designer based in Skopje working with clients remotely and locally. Over the years, he's worked in a variety of roles encompassing design, development, and all things digital. He specializes in wireframing, prototyping, web design, front-end development, and interface design.

Beazley is one of the world's biggest insurance companies. Worked on the FSU system that coordinates the operations between underwriters and brokers - handling user research and interviews, iterating user flows and service maps, creating wireframes, and delivering the final designs and a custom design language on the project. Used multiple UI/UX tools for this project, including Figma.
Led a team of 4 designers to design a custom product for Wealth Management of Lloyds exclusive clients - managing user research and interviews, creating the wireframes, and delivering the final pixel-perfect design for the solution.
Supervised processes to overhaul and revamp the entire user experience design on Maersk's main transport and shipping platform - conducting user research and interviews, auditing current systems, creating a 5 and 10-year UX strategy and vision, iterating wireframes for desktop and mobile, and implementing a new design system and language for Maersk. Used multiple UI/UX tools for this project, including Figma.
