Worked on the collateral and margin module for SFTR reporting, liaising with stakeholders on requirement gathering and reporting. The solution enables the bank to send SFTR reports per SLA, reducing the number of NACKS for compliance. Interacted with data generators to deliver data in a specific format, implemented a messaging framework in XML to handle collateral data across various data regulations, and developed the ETL for data onboarding into the data warehouse for collaterals and margins. Deployed a tool for collateral allocation, created CI/CD pipelines, and participated in performance tuning of SQL queries for reporting.
MAP is an ETL automation solution developed for Citi Bank to automate their exposure to securities. Developed an ETL data mapping wizard to handle data onboarding to various systems, wrote PL/SQL in Oracle for reporting, and implemented an IBM-based rule engine for the solution. The MAP saved the bank an amount of $132 billion in unused funds with clients due to trade fails.
Designed and implemented a data encoding and migration project for Citi to migrate data to GCP, delivering solutions with Python scripts, GCP Dataproc, Netezza, and MySQL. Supervised the migration process and created a ROT13 encryption process to deliver the same data format on the solution.
