He has served as QA engineer, QA manager, product owner, scrum master, and business/data analyst for the likes of IBM, Huawei, Vodafone, Endava, and Societe Generale. With an in-depth understanding of the business environment and strong analytical and communication skills, Mihai is committed to providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, and one of his greatest achievements includes setting up a QA department from scratch, along with a general test strategy and methodology/process implementation.
Developed and implemented databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality, also interpreted data, analyzed results using statistical techniques and provided ongoing reports.
Been part of Data Migration project, in which we have succesfully migrated data from the legacy systems to Azure cloud.

Working in an agile team, my main responsibilities were doing environment configuration, working with SAN, creating testcases, execution records, validating user stories, creating documents, doing maintenance on Linux/AIX/Win servers.
Generated and executed ER's based on the test cases created, identified defects in the product, submited and tracked their status.

During my employment at Huawei, I have worked as a CRM engineer and a Business Intelligence engineer and I have successfully finished 3 projects. (In Madrid, Brussels and Amsterdam).
Created, reviewed and modified SQL procedures, ETL flows and BICP scripts. Resolved defects submitted by Test Team through SQL procedures.

Focused on efficient operation and usage of data, my responsibilities were migrating data from on premise to cloud and finalizing the project under budget.
Ongoing for 1 year, the team had around 10 members and I have successfully ensured effective integration of the Data Management process with other processes in order to meet service level requirements. The project was released and used by over 20 million users.
Created QA department, maintained backlog and created requirement documents. My role was to improve the productivity, release frequency and overall quality. Mentored a team of 60 members and also implemented the vision of the product, strategy, and product priorities.
The project was ongoing for 2 years and is currently used by over 1 million users.
I was responsible for the full life cycle development, implementation, production support, and performance tuning of ETL project. Significantly contributed to reviewing and modifying SQL stored procedures. Participated in workstream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of BI solutions with a team of 20 people.
As a Lead Game Tester on this project I have submitted over 500 issues, generated several documents like Validation reports, Risk Assesments etc.
Improved the quality of product by testing the pre-release video game and verifying functionality, data content, performance, usability/playability, and hardware/software compatibility. Provided detailed gameplay, balance and tuning feedback by using prior gaming experience.
Project was released and sold 9 million copies.
