Sales Cloud and Order Processing
BHN uses Salesforce to get leads and convert them into customer orders. SFDC cannot process orders. Retail Store Lead and Account Management
Myer store was using an on-premise customer portal for web and mobile to manage customer data. Now Myer is using the Salesforce customer portal. It's a customized customer portal that will work on desktop and mobile (as a hybrid application). Myer manages customer information, card information, products, promotions, transactions, transaction line items, and cases.Contribution:• Worked on QAS web service for address validation• Apex triggers and batch classes for bonus point calculation• Customized functionality for bar code and card generation • Visualforce email templates I used Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, SOAP API, Salesforce data loader, and Informatica in this project.
Insurance Quote Management Application
Fleetcare wanted to manage their customers and all vehicle information in a system to automate the process of notification and billing. The earlier version of Fleetcare managed all these billing information manuals in Excel.Contribution:• Worked on SOAP web service to get details of vehicles on the basis of model or Name• Apex triggers and VF pages • Workflow and validation rulesI worked on Apex, Visualforce, and REST APIs in this project.
Sales Cloud | Opportunity Management
Earlier, HCL was using a .NET application to manage leads and opportunities, and it was migrated to Salesforce CRM. Leads come through different channels and are assigned to different queues based on business departments. After that, the sales team starts working on it to create the opportunity. This application is integrated with several systems (FP, LMS, EMS, and LP) to exchange data. We used a REST API and the command line data loader for integration. We implemented single sign-on using delegated authorization.Contributions:• Worked on integrating Salesforce with .NET interfaces using SOAP web services.• Migrated data from other systems to Salesforce using CLI and Apex data loader.• Wrote test functionalities for Apex classes and triggers.• Resolved production issues and optimization of code.I used Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce data loader, and CLI in this project.
