A project to enhance an existing survey process. Initially, the survey was sent from Salesforce via mass email by creating the client details. As part of this project, the survey was sent from the external system where the client details resided. On answering the survey, the Salesforce site would be used to capture the results and send consolidated result details to the external system via REST API integration. A report was then generated in Salesforce, including insights about the responses. The Salesforce data space was saved by removing the necessity to create information.I developed the Salesforce side and coordinated the integration with the external system development team, ensuring that the integration worked as expected.
