Designed and built the Aspire Dashboard which was used as a health monitor for customer satisfaction. It contained KPI's for Sales to Order, Order to Delivery, Out of Box Experience and Aftermarket Experience. The solution had more than 7 different data sources per internal entity and was engineered to easily retrieve data at the customer level.
