The product was developed completely in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and skillfully integrated into their back-end platform utilizing the REST API. Remarkably, the app boasts numerous features: firstly, it enables hassle-free addition of the component to any Salesforce object layout. Secondly, it impeccably links search results with their respective Salesforce records. Thirdly, it efficiently provides feedback to the client regarding each search result. Lastly, it astutely displays search results based on the field values found in the Salesforce record at the time of page loading.
Greenfield Sales and Service Cloud Implementation
The client was a multinational company operating multiple casinos across the United Kingdom and Europe. They sought our expertise in optimizing their Salesforce instance, as they were not utilizing it effectively. Our task involved conducting a thorough analysis and guiding them towards leveraging the full potential of the sales and service cloud. Our extensive configuration encompassed essential features such as the service cloud console, omnichannel integration, live agent functionality, permission settings, and a custom case expiry tracker designed with Visualforce. Furthermore, we successfully established lead tracking within their Salesforce system. Additionally, we utilized Visualforce in collaboration with Google Maps to develop a tailored page that provided an insightful overview of the revenue generated by each casino location.
Banking Client Salesforce Customization
The project encompassed two distinct phases: 1) A complex data migration process entailing the transfer of a substantial amount of information from a CSV file, stored in a network location, to Salesforce via the utilization of Apex Data Loader's command line capabilities. Due to the immense number of records contained within the file and its considerable size, we deemed it necessary to partition the file into numerous segments, subsequently importing them into Salesforce. 2) The development of a bespoke Visualforce page specifically tailored to be integrated into the contact layout, providing users with an enhanced, interactive means to search for detailed information pertaining to customers' investments.

• Developed a lightning component to facilitate payment processing through the Westpac payment gateway within the pre-existing lightning community, seamlessly integrated with their existing LWC-based registration workflow.
• Accomplished payment reconciliation through the utilization of an apex batch job, effectively managing and analyzing data obtained from MuleSoft.

The project entails the development of an AppExchange product that seamlessly integrates Salesforce marketing capabilities with the REST API of the CleverReach email marketing platform. Key functionalities encompass bidirectional synchronization of campaign members between Salesforce and CleverReach through both manual and batch processes, blacklisting email addresses in CleverReach directly from Salesforce, creation of CleverReach attributes within the Salesforce system, fetching reports from CleverReach and importing campaigns from CleverReach into Salesforce.
Salesforce Remediation and Tableau Integration
As a seasoned senior developer, I diligently scrutinized an existing codebase, deftly identifying and troubleshooting defects through well-conceived solutions.
