Fresenius Kidney Care is a worldwide leader in the treatment of renal disease and an innovative leader in kidney disease research. Provided UX strategy design to trace the steps and challenges users face while scanning health insurance cards with the Aila kiosk app in Fresenius Clinics. Designed the user interface for the Interactive Kiosk iPad App that scans health insurance cards for patients. Worked don information design, architecture and flow of the app; providing illustrations and animations used as visual cues to guide users.
