I delivered a custom Zendesk and Mixpanel integration with Salesforce. The client had a real-life issue of having to combine data from various systems to get a 360-degree view of a customer in the form of a management report. I worked on the custom Zendesk integration over a REST API (which replaced an out-of-the-box one as it was too heavy for Salesforce limits and did not provide the desired functionality). Along with Zendesk, I also brought the Mixpanel report data to the customer level in Salesforce.
