While on the go, you can ask Alexa for directions or recommendations based on your actual location via GPS, pick up where you left off listening to your audiobook, and even utilize your Alexa smart home device to control lighting, security systems, and more from the comfort of your vehicle. In this project, I tested the integration of the Amazon Alexa AI into the infotainment system of Ford's newest vehicles. This would allow users to harness the power of Alexa on the go while they drive. I ensured the quality of this integration and it was featured in the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

By bringing together Real-time Recognition & Rewards, Continuous Performance Management, and Employee Engagement Surveys, Kazoo’s employee-first solution enables companies to build purpose-driven cultures while increasing productivity, retention, and revenue. With over 600 global customers, the Kazoo platform puts actionable analytics in the hands of business leaders, connecting them to what really matters. The project involved the UI/UX overhaul of the employee engagement web SaaS product. I was embedded on an agile team where I tested new features, ran regression tests across the entire application experience, created test cases from acceptance criteria provided by the product team, and even developed a Selenium automation proof of concept. One of my notable achievements was finding a bug that would have cost Kazoo $400K in annual recurring revenue.
