Teodor is a Java Engineer with experience breaking down product management stories into detailed design specifications, developing new systems, and orchestrating the migration of existing systems into microservices. He produces solutions for simple to complex business problems and creates best practices on solutions. He has hands-on expertise with Java-based frameworks and libraries and is comfortable learning new technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
Worked with microservices architecture and implemented communication between microservices via REST and events (pub/sub).
Used Google Cloud Platform environment, managing the scaling of application pods for best performance, tracking error logs, monitoring, Google cloud sdk shell commands.
Performed unit testing using JUnit framework, and also worked with Jenkins to implement CI/CD pipelines.
Designed, developed and delivered RESTful services and APIs on projects for Cerner. Created a logging infrastructure for the REST API project using Spring Aspect Oriented Programming and Cross-cutting Concerns features.
Built and implemented completable features for asynchronous computation on solutions. Developed Java-based REST endpoints: getting/saving data from the cloud using HTTP services.
Resolved communication issues between UIs and the backend using web sockets - employing architectural choices based on solutions that work.
Worked on an Android app project that allows users to open an electronic lock using facial recognition. The solution has two repositories - one for UI and another to handle the server. The UI uses Android tools, the server employs Python and comes with a neural network built with TensorFlow.
Participated in developing an iOS app designed for hospitalized patients. The app helps answer all questions patients have about health conditions, doctors, appointments, test results, and the patient's evolution of health during hospitalization. Created the REST API on the app using .NET Core framework and SQL Server to fetch and store user data.
Contributed to the development of a web app designed for doctors and nurses. The app allows users to create or access patient records on blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature, and more. Developed the REST API for the solution using Java with Spring Boot and SAP cloud to retrieve and store data. Built the API with a hexagonal architecture.
