Designed and developed a machine learning-powered research platform for journalists and researchers to aggregate and analyze social media data, news feeds and blogs. Platform provides journalists and researchers with the means to aggregate data from across the web along with the automated tooling for analysis, trend-discovery and reporting. Project was launched last August and is currently being used by multiple research institutions.

Participated in the design, development and delivery of a real-time brand monitoring solution. Product gathers and analyzes customer feedback and reports negative feedback to the client in real-time; and is currently being used by one of the biggest investment firms in Turkey. Worked on the API and machine learning pipeline and improved system classification accuracy. The solution is currently being used by a few enterprise clients.

Designed and developed a modern AI bot for automated customer support. Solution provides a RESTful API for users to integrate with for automating customer support for their businesses. It was also one of first services to provide full Turkish support and is currently being used by a few enterprise clients in Turkey.
