The project is a highly configurable nurse scheduling app that allows head nurses to manage the shifts of nurses from an entire hospital section and to generate the monthly schedule automatically after setting up the restrictions (such as minimum/maximum number of nurses in specific shifts by day, restricting nurses from working earlier than 24 hours after a shift longer than 12 hours) and preferences of each nurse. Technologies used for front-end: React, Redux, Thunk, Styled Components, and two backend services - one using NodeJS for interacting with the MongoDB database and one using Python for shaping the algorithm which generates the schedules while taking into account constraints and preferences.
The project involved the digitalization of an already existing service, allowing users to generate a quote, retrieve a quote, purchase a policy, manage and renew a policy, and migrate old policies. Technologies used: React, Redux, Saga, Styled Components, Gitlab CI/CD, GCP.
Worked on the frontend development of two greenfields, white-labeled React web applications in the healthcare industry, one for telehealth providers and labs and another one for the patients, both using the same UI Component Library.
