The project involved performing the discovery and research for a new partner and administration portals. Used Zoom, Miro, and Figma to realize the discovery and research.
I designed the UX charts and screens, collaborating in meetings for alignment and a better understanding of the user's real needs.
Aligned with the front-end team, too, so we could provide only real solutions.
The project utilized Java, Bootstrap, Angular, and JQuery.
I provided developers with the prototypes and the Figma files for development.
Project Lead - TIM SOM DE CHAMADA - Ringback Tone from TIM BRASIL
The project involved working with the CEO and the CTO to implement the service in Brazil as a Design & Marketing Manager. I created all flows for all channels, SMS, IVR, WEB, WAP, and mobile applications (iOS & Android). I also performed qualitative and quantitative research, interviews, information architecture, wireframes, all screens, and layouts for online and offline marketing promotions, and aligned with the partners' campaigns and media plans about the contents and regions. Created all user journeys in all channels and verified the best situations to try the up-selling and cross-selling improvements in all channels. In less than 2 years we were the most active service with the biggest retention from TIM. Skills used: Project Management, Jira, Redmine, Corel, Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS, Images, video and audio editing, marketing.
UI/UX Designer - Petrobras - CENPES (Research Center)
The project involved performing discovery and research to design the screens, logo, and a whole visual identity of the Failure Rate from Project Calculations of certain simulations from Petrobras Research center.
I created the logo, wireframes, screens, flows, information architecture, and final files for the front-end team, using Photoshop and Fireworks.
