Short description: Experienced
Java Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the computer
software industry. Skilled in Java, Spring, AWS, MATLAB, and Programming. An
accomplished researcher with two published papers and a Master's degree focused
on Image Processing from University “Politehnica” of Bucharest.
My weapon of
choice in programming is Java. This is my happy place, built on many frameworks
that I mastered: Spring, Hibernate, JUnit and many more. As a developer, I am
very passionate about code quality. I appreciate the benefits of clean code and
I actively implement clean code and adapt old code. As technologies advance we
need to adapt and the new trend for application deployment seems to be cloud. I
had the amazing opportunity to see the creation of an application from scratch,
from architectural design to deployment to AWS to going production live, thus I
consider myself capable of solving any problems that might arise in the
process.
Even though I
love Java, I consider myself pretty versatile because I also have experience in
python where I made my dissertation thesis, R programming from a job as a data
analyst and MATLAB where I worked as a research assistant at the POLITEHNICA
University of Bucharest, where I wrote and published two articles in IEEE
scientific magazines.
