Acted as Lead Developer for the project and managed to successfully deploy it to production. The project involved an application to manage consumer/customer correspondence using third-party APIs to send letters/statements to debtors in all states. A rules engine was created to evaluate state regulations, laws, and validations to send letters to consumers.
