      National Criminal Register

      I served as the Lead Solution Architect overseeing the development of v2 of the National Criminal Register, which was sponsored by the Polish Ministry of Justice as a significant, publicly funded, fixed-price initiative. The primary objective of this project was to minimize human intervention to the utmost extent possible, operating within a highly regulated environment dictated by Polish law.
