An application that helps users to search nearby events and buy tickets, pre-order drinks, leave comments for every place they visit, and send messages to each other. The app allows users to sign in with email, Facebook or Google+ accounts, pay for events and drinks. Created the database for the app that allowed us to effectively implement all application features; developed a significant part of the Parse CloudCode for event handling, email messaging and push notifications. Utilized the provided UI kit and description of user interaction in the app, with a reasonable amount of freedom in interface design. Despite the amount of images that venues and promoters have in their venues and events description, the app received a fast, lag-free interface. It has a simple navigation, quick filtering, image galleries. Developed the iOS app, integrated it with Brazilian payment service MOIP, and added location tracking. The app shows distance to clubs nearby and map with venues.

Team LCP is an in-house app for a British courier service Low Cost Parcels. The app allows drivers to get orders, navigate on the route, collect parcels, scan barcode labels and print labels for parcels. Developed the iOS application for the client. The app calculates the distance between the driver and the collection point, shows route, allows the sending of notifications when the driver arrives, takes images of the collection, and works as a barcode scanner. The functions are coordinated with the client’s server side. The most challenging part here was working with a Bluetooth printer that has SDK for Android only — I had to develop my own SDK for iOS to make it work.

FavSync is a startup company that provides secure access to various types of content like bookmarks, checklists, notes, images, videos, etc. The iOS app became a mobile companion for their service, giving users access to their data from anywhere. Developed the application that connects to the service and gives access to the data stored there. The app provides both access for free accounts and secured access to encrypted data for pro accounts. App extension allows sharing of pieces of data from other apps with FavSync.
