Vuk is a skillful Unity Developer specializing in AR – VR development for more than 6 years, working on more than 50 projects. He is experienced with all stages of the development cycle for games or commercial applications, and is well-versed in numerous programming languages including C#, Python, JavaScript, and Java. Vuk also has expertise in creating various AR experiences with Vuforia and ARCore/ARKit, as well as working with VR headsets (Rift, Rift S, Quest 1 & 2, VIVE) and creating commercial apps and games.
Worked on the development of a VR multiplayer meditation game using PUN2.
Handled the implementation of UI designs, scriptable object prefab databases, and managing spatial audio. Also used Plastic SCM for team collaboration (Git).
Translated design ideas into functional game code.
Worked for a multidisciplinary studio specializing in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Architectural Visualizations, web and mobile applications and various other required custom solutions.
Developed and maintained apps in Unity3D for commercial usage, mostly AR and VR, having direct contact with clients.
Collabored closely and communicated with multiple teams and utilized provided assets to create VR experiences.
Developed several real escape room systems including local network multiplayer, with custom REST service; some of the clients included BMW and Siemens.
Worked on custom mini games adapted to escape room mechanics, some of them used AR to provide additional information to finite space and another was a fake PC OS from which players needed to extract information.
Handled playing and managing videos in Unity, and implemented localization for five languages.
Collaborated in the creation of HOPA framework inside Unity to support technical artists in their work. The technical artist could create games without scripting, only using events to set up a game flow, predefined mini-games, dialogs, etc. My role was developing a framework alongside another developer, guiding artists, designers, and tech artists in creating the first game with the framework.
Nature Treks: Together is a place just for you or a place to connect with others using a combination of shape, color, and sound. Intuitively transition deeper to rediscover the benefits of expression, the value of emotion, and escape into a powerful sensory experience. I worked on developing a PUN2 multiplayer, managing asset prefabs in multiplayer runtime for all players, UI adaptation, and VR player controller adjustment. It was really fun working on a meditation multiplayer VR game for Oculus Rift and one of my favorite projects.
The project was an AR-GPS based Android game with real-time 3D map generation using Open maps, and a primary school education treasure hunt game. Implemented ARCore, image marker detection, Opencv YOLO markerless image detection, Firebase backend, authentication, and database. In this project, I tested new technologies like YOLO, Firebase and GPS-AR position in creating a Pokemon-go like experience for primary school students.
