Patient Connect (AppExchange Product)

Patient Connect is a managed package built on top of Service Cloud. It leverages features of the community and marketing cloud to provide a complete solution for patient-managed services from patient onboarding to tracking patient details for a drug or support program. An extension package was also built to leverage Salesforce Health Cloud to extend managed care facilities in the product to suit client needs.

Quality of Care (Collaboration Platform)

QoC is an application built over Force.com platform for patient engagement where physicians and care coordinators could closely monitor patients for studies and research. From patient onboarding to managing their consents for different studies to managing PHI information were some of the critical issues to be addressed in this project.

ProtoAE (Adverse Event Flagging System)

ProtoAE (Proto-Adverse Events) is an application built over the Force.com platform which integrates with natural language processing and a speech recognition tool. It also marks the incoming calls and emails on the severity of the issue raised by a patient or physician at the call center office of a drug or brand of pharmaceutical company. It’s a one-of-a-kind solution built to eliminate human error involved in reporting drug adverse events.

RWE Data Asset Explorer

RWE DAE (Real World Evidence Data Asset Explorer) is an application built on top of App Cloud. It categorizes data assets and studies associated in appropriate therapeutic buckets and gives access to the researchers across the globe. The researchers have an ability to request the raw data which sits at external database through the legal and license department.

Order Management System

This application in deals with managing an inventory and order management for a retail client. The application was built on Sales Cloud and Community Cloud to support the partner portal access to the requisite records.
