BaseMap is a complete outdoor planning and navigational tool all in
one that eliminates the need for multiple apps on user phones. The app downloads in cache all map information needed such as topographic, hunting information, state limits, etc. Implemented new features, worked on new APIs, optimized the codebase, and liaised with the UI/UX design team on the feasibility of design implementations. Fixed bugs reported by QA and potential code bugs and handled memory leaks. The app was published and has thousands of subscribers.
The Foam app allows users to collect, manage, create, and share digital media - from images and videos to links and PDFs, Foam keeps it all together in one place. Worked directly with a designer on the app, suggesting best practices in line with iOS Human Interface Guidelines, researching new APIs, iterating new features/functionalities, and optimizing the codebase. Implemented new functions and frameworks like UITableViewDiffableDatasource, UICollectionViewCompositionalLayout, and deep changes in the UI/UX. The project is still in progress with a signup for beta testers.
Worked on a platform for nurses and doctors in Davita’s Network, showing clinics, patient schedules, treatments, and all patient/doctor information. Implemented new features, handled bug fixes and code changes in the back end when required, and researched and learned about Viper design patterns. The final solution was moved to a web version.
