Kerio Connect is a mail server and an all-in-one collaboration tool deployed by more than 30-thousand companies around the world. It can be installed on multiple operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS and Linux. Acted as a Product Manager for the project, stepping in when the release with critical issues had been distributed. Managed to improve the quality of the product, achieved by two weeks of continuous work with the engineering team and product owner. The work was highlighted at the level of the whole company.

Onespot is a tool for driving engagement and conversions across your website, emails, landing pages, and more — no integrations required. This project was imported to the company in a disassembled state. The deployment model was changed entirely, thus the systems were not operating properly. Acting as an Engineering Product Manager, I had to analyze problems, prioritize, redefine the healing roadmap, and come to an agreement with all engineering teams in order to start the transformation. That took around 8 months, leading to a 70% cost economy for the cloud infrastructure, transparent systems deployment, and, most important, control over the production operations.

This project is a new clone of the well-known Mobilogy (device diagnostic and data transfer). We were able to create a platform that included analytics, iOS, Android mobile SDK, reference apps, and the management Portal based on the first business request and specifications. This process took around 6 months, during which I served as the engineering manager and built the engineering specification, determined low-level technological solutions, worked out ways for the architecture, established hands-on settings, and tests, and coded.

Implemented problem analysis and preventive measures that helped to get rid of the 100% repetitive outages in production. Product portfolio regressions number decreased from 16% to 4%. Supervised the development of 40M$ AR products (from 10M$ initially).
