Global Encounters is an international program for Ismaili Muslim youth focused on service, leadership development, and global citizenship. Developed an online solution that allows users to apply to the program based on location preferences. Built and deployed the teacher and facilitator roles from mockups, worked on admin-side data filtering and bulk data updates, and implemented a virtual camp feature using new requirements based on the COVID-19 situation.

Worked on an online web portal that allows patients to register and book an appointment for vaccination in a clinic. The solution provides an admin panel for nurses and admins to get data statistics and manage clinics and vaccinations. Resolved issues and bugs, provided client support for urgent issues, and revamped the app from Tailwind to Bootstrap. Implemented the registration module from scratch, handled app deployment on Heroku for multiple instances, metrics monitoring, and autoscaling.

Upcall is a human-powered engagement platform & API providing US sales professionals on demand, enabling businesses to trigger human phone calls within seconds. Hired to understand the existing codebase and discuss tasks with the CTO. Rebuilt the dashboard, revamped the views, modified the business logic, implemented performance improvements, and added new features.

Built an online web portal for patients to register and have sessions with doctors. Worked on app performance and query optimization of major features, modified the patient registration flow with new requirements, filtered data, and modified the visits setup flow.
