Worked as part of the seller qualification team within the marketplace department which builds and manages the platform that allows sellers to apply and get qualified for listings on sellercentral.amazon.com. The platform manages tens of thousands of workflows submitted from all around the world. It has a client facing UI for uploading files, answering questionnaires, providing addresses and other critical data. Workflows on the platform are processed based on rules within the platform's rule sets for auto approval/rejection or for a manual case which is created and directed to the seller support team. Designed and refactored one of the platform's client-facing application using an object-oriented approach; decreasing the time needed to add new features from 3 weeks to almost 3 days. Built and implemented a new system to replace an external one - creating a better solution for the platform's services and decreased the operational time for on-call support by 60%.
