Co-founded a start-up that assists English teachers to save time by allowing them to assign extra practice and to monitor their students' progress using our app.
Acted as a full-stack developer, developing features by doing user interviews, ideation, UI/UX design, implementation, deployment, and success measurement.
Developed prototypes using Python to validate different business ideas, including the use of NLP (spacy) to create an English training plan for a student based on their writing errors.
Worked on the development of a supply-side platform (SSP) that is used by media sellers worldwide to manage day-to-day operations. Added and documented new functionality in Ayuda's external REST API using .NET Core.
Implemented features for Ströer, one of our clients which operated approximately 300,000 advertising media.
Created a full-stack microservice for analog billboard inventory management integrated into Ayuda's main web application using DDD and functional programming.
Worked on the development of B2C & B2B software solutions for one of the top wholesalers in the travel industry($1.55b annual revenue, 39 locations on 5 continents).
Acted as full-stack developer on a new Back Office travel web app using .NET Web API and Angular.
Implemented microservices for Reporting and Configuration modules with a focus on scalability and usability.
Lingoset is a platform that uses adaptive learning to boost language teaching and a diagnosis approach to identify where each learner needs extra support. Teachers can select from 3000+ training questions that are tagged by grammar area and level so that they can assign exactly what your students need. Joined the start-up as a technical co-founder and worked as a full-stack developer for the application, using Vue.js SPA and Laravel framework for the backend. Oversaw user interviews, ideation, UI/UX design, implementation, deployment, and success measurement. I added one different component to the app, an admin panel for teachers, where they can assign homework to their English students. Ensured the creation of the optimum landing page for new registrations, set up A/B testing experiments throughout the app, and developed an email notification system. Also in 2020, I've developed a prototype using Python (Flask) that used NLP (spacy) to create an English training plan for a student based on their writing errors.
Palevate connects friends and colleagues to motivate each other to a healthier lifestyle and to make exercise a habit. Users commit to being active several times a week and urge their partner to do the same. I developed an initial prototype, working with another developer using Python, Django, Vue.js, DialogFlow, and Slack's API. There was a Slack chatbot component that employees could talk to in order to initiate and accept challenges and to record their sports activities. Users could see their results in a mobile-responsive dashboard.
The Ayuda Platform is a supply-side platform (SSP) that is used by media sellers worldwide to manage day-to-day operations. Aside from the usual CMS + player functionality, the Ayuda Platform includes iOS apps for proposal generation, CRM, inventory and contract management, invoicing, leasing, financial reporting, and BI dashboards. The Ayuda Platform also includes a DOOH ad server that works with multiple ad exchanges enabling programmatic buying scenarios. I worked in a team of four full-stack developers on their static billboard management system. Developed using Domain-Driven Design and F#. The front-end was created using the Elmish framework.
