Developed a showcase application for showing Rick & Morty characters and locations. While this application was not launched in Google Play, I had an opportunity to share my experience in developing Android applications using one of the VCS hosting tools – Github. It was implemented with scalability in mind and I focused heavily on architecture, modularization, testing, and atomicity of work. The repository is set up with CI pipeline using Github Actions where unit and instrumented tests are run and the application file is created. The application is open sourced and the code is browsed as well as the application can be downloaded using the link provided above.
