Meeting with clients following the sale of software applications to gather requirements and other information required to customize software systems.

Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized software applications.

Responsible for Technical write-ups, responding to RFP’s & RFI, product brochures, product profiles and preparation of Tender fact sheets.

Reviewing each call for tender in detail with the responsible sales person to determine a response strategy, which includes scope of delivery and delivery timelines.

Consulting with the project management team on appropriate timelines for the timely delivery of complete and successful tender responses.

Collaboration with the sales team to assemble complete proposals and support during contract negotiations.

Responsible for supporting the company's clients at all levels as part of a helpdesk team.

Providing remote assistance to client’s details at different locations.

Ensuring that all hardware and software is configured and installed correctly.

Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone, by email as well as helpdesk services

Responsible for the general site maintenance, redesign and regular updates
