YAS.life is an Android and iOS app that rewards people for staying healthy. Users get points when going for a run, playing volleyball, or just cleaning around the house. They can also sync their steps & activities from their favorite tracker. Users can turn their points into discounts from top brands such as Garmin, SportScheck, and nu3. My main role was managing the end-to-end product development process. I created wireframes to validate initial assumptions, conducted user tests to uncover usability issues, closely collaborated with designers to adapt deliverables to real user needs, and writing clear and concise specs. Also performed stakeholder management, managing expectations from various departments, aligning relevant stakeholders around key decisions, and sending regular updates on progress and the next steps to be taken. Managed the development team working in an Agile environment, making sure to clearly define priorities and mitigate blockers. I defined the product strategy and positioning for the application, as well as the business model and target market. Participated in key strategic decisions and managed to double our conversion rates by releasing timely and useful features. Created wireframes that included screen functionality and interaction, as well as ran user tests on early wireframes to validate assumptions. Product Manager - Waldo
Waldo is an intelligent alarm system comprised of a device mounted on the bike and a mobile app. It’s designed to provide the ultimate protection against bike thieves. It focuses on prevention, so the device is visible on the bike to deter any potential theft attempts. Defined the target market and competitors, as well as conducted user tests and interviews. Defined and maintained the product roadmap and participated in key strategic decisions. Coded the mobile app from scratch, adapted the design for different screen sizes, and Integrated various 3rd party APIs.
