          EPICO | Cogeco IPTV Deployment

          I assumed the role of the lead integration engineer for the Horizon project at Cogeco, contributing to three distinct environments. My responsibilities encompassed strategic design and development of on-premise network solutions, such as a GLF upload agent, a CMS serving as a VOD content store, and VMware Service Provider Program functioning as storage origin servers. Additionally, I engaged in cloud-related assignments, addressing MediaFirst's middleware on Azure, the offline transcoding responsibilities of the MediaFirst encoding on-demand platform, and last-mile edge delivery through MediaEdge.

          Rogers 5G Network Deployment

          I played a pivotal role in the deployment of the Rogers 5G network infrastructure, employing the spine-leaf architecture across all regions. I actively participated in the deployment and integration of the private telecommunications cloud, facilitating the seamless execution of 5G cloud native applications through the utilization of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and cloudnative. My responsibilities included implementing automation tools such as Heat Ansible, Helm charts, Kolla Ansible, and Terraform. I expertly tackled issues relating to virtualization systems encompassing OpenStack, VMware, KVM, as well as various containers like Docker, Kubernetes, containerd, and networking.
