It was an ambitious project aimed at building web apps for our customers with the help of a site builder that generated JSONs. I led a team of 10 developers working remotely and on-site. The project had multiple levels of access and it was very complex. I started as a JavaScript Architect and continued as a Team Lead/Tech Lead. It led to getting Tipico as a client, which was bought for more than one billion. Technologies used in the project: React, Redux, lodash, Rest, WebSockets, webdriver.io, Angular 1.x.
The project consisted of online casino games that are integrated through operators, as Ezugi operates as a boutique development house. The team developed and launched 17 games which are enjoyed by thousands on many high-profile live dealer operator websites. I built the entire development team for this project, chose the technologies, and built the architecture from scratch. Main coders that helped this to have a tremendous success were Ionut Achim, George Bebliuc, and Daniel Andrei. Technologies used in the project: React, Redux, Rxjs, Ramda, Styled Components, Rest, WebSockets, PHP.
The project was the flagship web product for Motorola in 2013. It was a phone configurator to select factory features for mobile phones. I led a team of 10 developers along with two other Team Leads, rewriting the entire application from scratch using Demandware and BackBone.JS technologies. Coordinated the team to deliver the whole project in less than four months, as well as the integration with WebGL implementation that allowed previewing the customizations in real-time. The project had global reach and hit 11.000 unique users in the first day after being released in Hong Kong.
