          Case Management System for Medtech Firm

          Designed and implemented a complex case management system to track medical inquiries, adverse events, and product complaints from health care professionals and provisions agents to provide a response.           Service Cloud-based Application for Pharmaceuticals Firm

          Designed and implemented a service cloud-based application. The application helped live agents provide information to the healthcare provider with the Salesforce Knowledge Article's help and maintain cases for each inquiry. Designed the entire Knowledge architecture wherein the knowledge articles can go through different processes. Developed and implemented the onboarding module in the application, one of the key modules in the release. Assisted the full cycle implementation, starting from the discovery to the go-live phase. Responsible for creating the SDD documents and technical specification document apart from development.           AI-based CLM

          A Salesforce-based CLM tool to automate the workflow for contract services. It helped to integrate with other services to redefine the contract lifecycle management. I developed this with Apex, LWC , and VF.
