YAS.life is an Android and iOS app that rewards people for staying healthy. Users get points when going for a run, playing volleyball, or just cleaning around the house. They can also sync their steps & activities from their favorite tracker. Users can turn their points into discounts from top brands such as Garmin, SportScheck, and nu3. My main role was managing the end-to-end product development process. I created wireframes to validate initial assumptions, conducted user tests to uncover usability issues, closely collaborated with designers to adapt deliverables to real user needs, and writing clear and concise specs. Also performed stakeholder management, managing expectations from various departments, aligning relevant stakeholders around key decisions, and sending regular updates on progress and the next steps to be taken. Managed the development team working in an Agile environment, making sure to clearly define priorities and mitigate blockers.
