While our main production department is in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, being split between 4 factories specialized in electronic devices and leather manufacturing, our IT development in Bangkok, keeping Spain, Dubai, and the USA as logistic points for faster delivery. My job as a CEO and founder includes: developing the company strategy between 2016-2020; human resource recruitment either as employees or partners; contract negotiations with manufacturers; factory visit and facilities plus team testing; handling the legal side and supervising manufacturing process to set up quality control points between production lines.

Started WebEffects LLC in 2006, while working with eFashionSolutions INC - one of the top INC 500 companies. Trained a team of non-technical people, transforming them into front-end developers. As a small company, our main focus, was to get on the freelancing market and win as many contracts as possible, building a reputation and become an important player on the market. In the first year after we joined the freelancing sites, we managed to win 34 jobs and to complete all of them successfully. In 2009, I started searching for clients outside freelancing and found the first partnership with JacksonLaycock, US/France partnership, a contract that lasted for 3 years. The first contact we had with them, was an impossible task, to complete 6 different websites in 10 days. Our team of 6 developers managed to complete all these websites in 8 days, giving us access to more projects and a bigger collaboration with them. After this contract ended, in 2011, I met our current CTO, Jason Ho, and together we started exploring the option of searching for more developers, expanding our resource market. After 1 year, we had over 120 developers available, and clients from all over the world. Right now, we are specialized in Front and Back-end technologies, Mobile Development, and SEO. My main job at my company is taking care of customer experience, doing global management with my team, and handling all the contracts on a weekly basis.
