Jive AWS Cloud is a cloud-based SaaS social enterprise software that helps users unleash employee productivity, harness corporate knowledge and build institutional memory. Worked with Jive's support team; resolving customer issues on the system - troubleshooting, fixing and resolving defects found on the system (achieving a defect resolution rate above the team average). Improved the stability and performance of the system used by more than 10k users.

Worked on Docker scorecard a microservices solution engineered to analyse Docker build files and provide scoring for issues found, and recommend solutions for the best quality, secured and efficient Docker build file solution. Built the REST API and scoring rules for the solution using client specifications and delivered new features on time. The solution was launched as an internal tool for use by the product quality team on Docker build file quality analysis.

The Digi Comms Portal is a customer service knowledge portal used by customer service agents for one of the biggest telcos in Malaysia. The system consists of features for a knowledge base, quiz, document search, case management and dealer management. It comes with a hybrid mobile app that helps dealers in their daily operations. Architected, designed and implemented the whole system; delivering it in record time and with fewer defects compared to other projects. The solution improved client productivity by 30% with the new system implemented and has more than 2,000 concurrent users using it.

The Tune Direct Portal was a website that published insurance-related product information and allowed public users to purchase insurance products online. Worked on the portal; architecting, designing and implementing solutions for the system. Engineered solutions that allowed the client's content contributor to deliver/publish information easily and very fast with little or no technical skills set required. The portal is publicly available for enquiries on insurance product information.
