For a MENA real estate developer and lifestyle provider, I acted as the product owner on a global crypto-based loyalty program. Using Scrum methodology, I gained product responsibility of the loyalty and referral platform, which spanned the client's real estate, hospitality, and entertainment enterprises in the Middle East. The project involved integrating a CRM 360 system with Salesforce and using ERC-20 cryptocurrency as a payment method. I was in charge of a 55-person team spread across ten countries.
Built and deployed a Hyperledger implementation for tracking goods from the farmer to the silos in the supply chain. The client needed a solution that could track quality management metrics in real-time in an immutable environment. I used Hyperledger Sawtooth, which was compatible with their IoT sensors on the front end.
For a data analytics group, I led the team and also the creation of a retail shop location optimization using TensorFlow. For its retail locations, a telecommunications company sought an AI-based optimization model. I was in charge of the team's deployment and built the regression model using Keras and TensorFlow.
