Worked on the back-office admin sections of the system, implemented the search feature, security requirements, GDRP requirements and integrated the system with PingOne (OIDC). The new system reduced the time of new cases creation, improved the user experience, filtering features, messages and the CI processes by adding a code analyzer. The system was launched and has approximately 5,000 users.
Worked on a Virtual PBX solution that provides CRM and chat services for one of the largest Russia Mobile Carrier. Standardized code test coverage practices; conducting checks with RSpec and established CI/CD processes on the solution. Launched a new API version on the solution and reduced manual testing processes on the solution before deploying it to production. The solution was launched and published - it has hundreds of thousands of users.
Worked on a CRM-system designed to facilitate the activities of a charter airline/tickets distribution company. Installed Amazon SNS for sending emails, improved the durability of the solution; reducing the cost of sending emails and introduced code test coverage practices through RSpec and CI/CD. The CRM was successfully launched and has thousands of users.
Worked on the automation of e-document flow systems for MTPL insurance and compensation; providing a better experience and bigger payouts for end-users. Designed and developed the product from scratch; setting up the development and deployment process for the implementation solutions on the solution. The solution was launched and live for a year; helping more than one hundred users get compensation from the company, but the project was closed for unforeseen reasons.
