The app has two components - one used by students (600+ register for places on the platform every academic year) and another used by a committee of 10 members in allocating places to students.
The goal of the Iconic project is to analyze the plethora of academic research on the network of Scopus and find the most productive ways to showcase the works of the best scientists on the network and how they can cooperate effectively. Handled data scraping, engineering, and visualization for analysis and published one manuscript with three research papers on the project in progress.
