Led a team through initial backlog refining and team forming, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, and removed project obstacles. Worked with PO, team, stakeholders, support staff, and remote vendors to coordinate development, testing, and deployment efforts. Wrote testing documents for QA testers. An important achievement was replacing legacy iOS & Android applications with new and improved apps that are easier to maintain. Reduced the number of app support requests, compared to the legacy application, allowing the company to re-allocate personnel to QA positions.
The eProcessing Network Secure Payment Gateway allows merchants to accept credit cards and other forms of electronic payment securely. Wrote an automated testing framework with Java and TestNG using the Page Object Model in Eclipse. Wrote the testing documentation for support staff who volunteered to help with testing the web application. Deployed the new Online Terminal (2013) with no downtime and with very little impact on support call volume, increasing customer satisfaction. Reduced number of support requests, with most calls being informational rather than reporting issues/bugs.
