A back end development effort, which required our team to extract massive amounts of data from a third-party API. I led the team through initial backlog refining, team forming activities, facilitated Scrum ceremonies and removed obstacles. Provided custom and detailed Epic level reports by tapping into JIRA’s API for internal and external stakeholders. Reached high performing state as a team by delivering the project two weeks prior to the original estimated date. Client satisfaction was extremely high due to continuous involvement in the feedback cycle, which led to the reduction of ‘output’. The project was launched successfully, which led to extending the client's contract with our company for an additional year. Additional development efforts were contracted due to this major success.

ePNMobile, provided by eProcessingNetwork, allows a merchant to accept credit card and check payments anywhere on their Android device. I led the team through initial backlog refining, team forming activities, facilitated Scrum ceremonies and removed project obstacles. Worked with Product Owner, team, stakeholders, support staff and remote vendors to coordinate the development, testing and deployment efforts. Wrote the testing documents to be used by all those who were performing quality assurance testing on the applications. An important achievement was replacing legacy iOS & Android applications with new and improved apps that are easier to maintain. We also achieved an exponential reduction in the number of support requests for the apps when compared to the legacy application. Reduction in support requests allowed our company to re-allocate personnel to a quality assurance position.

The eProcessing Network Secure Payment Gateway allows merchants to accept credit cards and other forms of electronic payment securely. 1.8. Wrote an automated testing framework with Java and TestNG (using the Page Object Model, in Eclipse). Wrote the testing documentation that was used by support staff who volunteered to help with testing the web application. 1.9. Deployed the new Online Terminal (2013) with no downtime and with very little impact on our support call volume. Customer satisfaction increased with this deployment. We attained an overall reduction in the number of support requests. Most of the calls were informational vs. reporting issues/bugs.
