Oversaw the consolidation of multiple legacy ERPs through data extraction on Sage Intacct, Quickbooks, NetSuite, MS Dynamic ERP; into a uniform Master Data Structure with integrity verification; data upload and post-verification. Worked on NetSuite script coding, integration implementation using REST API and testing. Developed the Master Data structure, managed the team, external consultants/developers, and the overall project budget of the team. The enterprise finance solution was migrated to a new central ERP; to simplify the data structure, eliminate multiple diverted instances of Finance ERPs, automate and optimize processes; leading to a 40% decrease in operational staff. The new ERP is in production with $1B in annual turnover, 200 internal users, over 4.000 vendors, over 100.000 external subscribers.

The solution included 4 layers of implementation with client applications (Web, mobile, based on Adobe Flex and HTML5) with an abstraction layer; JSE server; C++ data feed server; and an Oracle DB. The platform was optimized to process up to 1m new data ticks per second using throttling and fault tolerance. Provided Agile project management expertise for 4 independent teams, created a new CI/CD pipeline, implemented full-scale SCRUM processes, investigated performance issues, deadlock, synchronization; development and code quality review. The Retail platform was successfully launched as a commercial product of the Company.

Engineered and implemented 4 layers of solutions on the project: client applications (Web, mobile, IVR, SMS) with an abstraction layer; Business logic JSE server; multiple Datafeed integration sub-servers and an Oracle DB. The new system processes up to 20,000 new users per second optimized through throttling, fault tolerance and an efficient testing approach. Oversaw Agile project management tasks for multiple independent teams on the project, developed complicated integration layers (SOAP, RESTful, JSON) and frequent interactions with the support and deployment teams to successfully deliver the projects. The product was launched and has 100 millions of users.
Project Manager/Board Member - Startup LED Production Plant
Joined a start-up initiative as a Project Lead on the creation of a LED production plant. Provided oversight for budgeting, supplier engagements, and a practical implementation of the initial theoretical concept; developing and delivering a real production process (set-ups, materials, partners) and the first production line for the high-tech LED assembly process with specific advantages to a commonly used flip-chip design. The project scope included technology investigations; CFD modelling; material supply and testing arrangements; tools and set-ups procurement; testing and tuning. Project succeeded with the first production batch of 92% working pieces (super high result), with startup valuation of $10M at the time of the buyout.
